Jason Graham

Jason is a Mizzou alum who hails from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, so naturally he's a huge college football fan.  He has a piece of the goalpost he helped tear down when Missouri beat Nebraska for the first time in 25 years and a football autographed by Nick Saban (after he joined the Tide, of course).  That said, he'd still rather spend a Saturday morning watching the English Premier League instead of ESPN's Big 10 game.  Jason lives in DC with his fiancee, Stephanie, and their two cats.

Tennessee Attempted Robbery Victim Asks for Lenience

Tennessee Attempted Robbery Victim Asks for Lenience

Growing up in Alabama, I often saw people wear a t-shirt that said (in vertical descending order), "Jesus/Family/Me" that's meant to help people keep their priorities in order.  If Corey Zickefoose were to wear it he would need to squeeze "Tennessee Volunteers" somewhere in the middle of that shirt.

Zickefoose was the victim of the attempted robbery by three members of the UT football team earlier this week but he doesn't think such a minor transgression should be so harshly punished.

"I think they should still be able to play football, regardless," he said. "Tennessee is my place. It's my football team."

"Even after they put a gun in your face, you say let them play football?" 6 News asked.

"Yeah, it's Tennessee. That's the way it is sometimes," Zickefoose said.

I want to be surprised, but there's a 30% chance anyone else who lives in SEC country would have said the same thing.  We've already seen a man blame his daughter for being thrown down a stairwell by a Bama player so I guess this is just the next evolutionary step.  I have no doubt we'll eventually see fans ask to donate body and parts and organs to engineer better linebackers.
